Thank you for your interest in our 9th International Gastronomy Tourism Studies Congress. A total of 200 studies, 119 full-text and 81 abstract papers, were submitted to our congress. While 19 of these studies consist of artificial intelligence and technology in gastronomy, 5 of them are studies on gastronomy and health, 176 papers include interdisciplinary studies directly related to gastronomy tourism in particular and general tourism issues. The scientific evaluation processes of the studies are ongoing, and the accepted papers will be announced on our congress website on 05.09.2025. Sincerely yours.
