Participation in our congress is possible with abstracts or full-text papers, while those interested can also participate as an audience. 

You must fill out the participation form indicating your participation method and send it to the e-mail address ugtak2025@kayseri.edu.tr together with your papers prepared following the writing rules and format announced by the congress organizing committee until the last date specified in the congress calendar.

The Congress Organization Committee will subject the papers to a preliminary evaluation before entering the peer-review process. Papers that are not written following the Writing Rules during the initial evaluation will not be included in the peer-review process and will be sent back to the author(s) for revision. Papers that pass the preliminary evaluation process will be sent to two referees on the scientific board for evaluation. The peer-review reports of papers that are rejected or corrected as a result of the peer-review will be sent to the author(s) upon request.
